We do not accept seating-only reservations during dinner service.
To reserve a table, guests are required to order the Soba-mae Course (4,500 yen) per person.

We offer a selection of beer, shochu, monthly rotating sake, white wine, and red wine.

Seasonal Dish

We strive to create dishes that highlight the natural flavors of seasonal ingredients.

Side Dish

We present casual Japanese side dishes expertly crafted by a soba chef.

Soba

We directly source buckwheat grains from farmers in Iruma District, Saitama Prefecture. After milling the grains in a stone mill and sifting them, we let them rest in the refrigerator for about a day before making the noodles.

Dessert

Please enjoy our soba flour desserts after your meal.

¥5,000 per guest, plus a ¥500 service charge.

The course menu does not include soba. Please order your favorite one from the soba menu.

To Our Vegetarian Guests:
During dinner service, ordering a course meal is required;
however, we do not offer vegetarian course options.
We apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask vegetarian guests to visit us during lunch service.


To Our Gluten-Free Guests:
If you let us know when making your reservation, we can substitute the One Bite Soba with Bottarga and the Clear Soup with Shiba Shrimp Tempura Fritter—the second and third dishes of the dinner course—with gluten-free options.

Soba broth is a traditional Japanese beverage made from the broth left after boiling soba noodles. It has a rich, comforting taste and is often served warm, enjoyed for its soothing flavor.
